The 12X Compound is a multi-generational home — five family residences, a shared gathering hall, and income-producing rentals — designed around two convictions: that the family should live within minutes of the ocean, and that the property should be ready for the era of electric vertical flight.

Every finalist was filtered against a single hard constraint: a friction-free drive to a world-class public beach in fifteen minutes or less. From there, each plan layers in a phased buildout — a fast modular move-in base, the family homes, a private rooftop vertiport to FAA standards, and finally a self-sustaining set of revenue streams.

The result is a compound that is beautiful, private, financially self-sustaining, and connected to the future of aviation — aligned with 12X Space's core thesis.

The Buildout

Four phases, from land to full operations

Every property report follows the same arc — establish a base fast, build the family homes, add the vertiport, then turn on the income.

Close on the land, place a modular live-in base, run utilities, secure the perimeter, and set up EV charging.

Build the five residences, central hall, VRBO units, shared pool and wellness area, and the Tesla charging yard.

File FAA Form 7480-1, build the two-story base with a rooftop eVTOL pad, and add solar with battery backup.
